Email us with your question and, if it helps, the team name and roughly when the issue happened. We're a small team in early access and aim to reply within two business days.

Common questions

How do I set it up?
Add the app to a team, then in a team channel @mention it and type config. Set the prompt time, summary time, weekdays and timezone, then Save. The bot confirms the schedule and how many members it found.
Some members aren't getting the prompt card.
Make sure the app is installed to the team (not just one person), and that you saved the config card — the roster is resolved when you save. Prompts are sent as 1:1 messages at the configured time on the weekdays you selected.
How do I change the time, weekdays or timezone?
@mention the bot in the channel and type config again — the card is pre-filled with your current settings so you can edit and re-save.
The summary is empty or missing.
The channel summary posts at the summary time and includes whoever has submitted by then, with blockers listed first. If nobody has replied yet, there's nothing to compile. Make sure the summary time is after the prompt time.
What data does the bot keep?
Only your team's configuration and the current and previous working day's entries — no analytics or long-term history. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How do I remove it?
Uninstall the app from the team. That deletes the team's stored configuration and entries.
